Caitlin "Caity" Lynch MS, LPC, NCCCaity (They/She) is a white, queer, genderqueer, afab, neuroqueer, fat-affirming, BIPOC affirming, polyamory/ENM-informed clinician who is supportive of sex-workers, celebrates neurodiversity, and is affirming of Asexual/Aromantic identities. Caity has been practicing therapy since 2018 and is experienced in providing Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy for mixed neurotype and ENM relationships, neurodivergence-sensitive Exposure and Response Prevention therapy for OCD and anxiety, and working with negative self-talk and chronic/generational trauma impact through attachment healing (Internal Family Systems, Emotionally-Focused Individual Therapy) and somatic therapies (Somatic Experiencing) and exploring the emotional/mental impact of external narratives of oppression (Narrative Therapy, Relational Cultural Therapy) to help clients live a fulfilling, joyful life. Caity is currently taking training in Gottman Couples Therapy and EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma treatment.
