Dr. Kara utilizes a variety of diagnostic testing and treatments in her primary care practice such as vitamin and mineral therapy, clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, homeopathy, physical medicine, hydrotherapy, and lifestyle counseling. Dr. Kara can treat all ages but has specific interest in treating patients in their teenage through senior years. As a primary care physician, she treats all conditions with special interest in autoimmune disease, women’s health, and GI health.
